Being the most loved pharma retail chain, GPC had to follow the market trend and delight its customers who like the convenience of online shopping and fast delivery at home. Moreover, clients’ vision for future shoppers is digital. Consequently, the strategy was to create an e-commerce application for guaranteed success.
MyGPC (that’s what an app is called) is a mobile application/e-shop that enables the selling of medicines, baby food & products, young mom products, cosmetics and perfumes, and family products. It is integrated vertically with the inventory system of the GPC stores and shows the real-time availability of the stock to customers. It is integrated with delivery companies to ensure the delivery of products in a max of 1 hour. It’s usable, beautiful, and convenient for GPC customers.
