Project Description

To operate its pharma network (over 300 stores), PSP Pharma has to ensure that every store is staffed with qualified and trained Pharmacists. Therefore, PSP has a well-defined employee recruiting and onboarding process. Work became sophisticated with the scale because the entire process was manual. The decision was to automate the process, and Vabaco was selected to complete the task.

Employee recruiting software enables PSP to receive resumes and applications online, screens and matches with the requirements, rank applicants by the configurable algorithm and manages the process of interviews and evaluations.
